Policies

• No refunds will be given.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• A 10 minute grace period will be given to any scheduled appointment.  Any time after the grace period, the appointment is subjected to cancellation. 
• Any nail length, shape, design, and color will be subjected to clients approval. Unfortunately, We are unable to make any changes once the service is complete.
• Communication - Please let your technician know if you are unsatisfied during the service  or before leaving the facility.
• Repairs can be done up to 5 (five) days after the initial date the service was completed, Charges will be at the discretion of management. 
• Walk-in are accepted based on availability. Appointments are prioritized.
• All prices are subject to change.

             Group Parties and Events

• Parties of 4 (Four) or more will require a $20 (Twenty) dollar per person deposit (non-refundable). Deposit's are credited towards the service amount. 

             Appointment No Show 

• With recent increases of appointment "No Call No Show"  We will require a $20 (Twenty) dollar deposit (non-refundable) for clients with a record of 3 (Three) or more "No Call No Show". (This is recorded through our scheduling system).
